Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Practice Kit LLC ("PracticeKit", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website. When you use the PracticeKit platform, we process protected health information on your customers' behalf as a Business Associate under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA); that processing is governed by that agreement and your service agreement, not this website policy.
1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you fill out forms on this site — including your name, practice name, email address, and, when you choose to share it, your phone number and whether you have opted in to text messages. We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used.
2. How we use it
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, set up a loss audit or demo, operate and improve our services, and — with your consent — send you updates. We don't sell your information to third parties.
3. Cookies & analytics
This site uses cookies necessary for basic functionality and may use privacy-preserving analytics to understand aggregate usage. We don't use tracking cookies for third-party advertising.
4. Mobile information & text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we use it to send you text messages related to your request, appointments, orders, and account, and — only where you separately agree — occasional updates. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for program details, message frequency, and rates.
No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in or consent — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (for example, our messaging platform and customer-relationship system), and only so they can send the texts you asked for on our behalf. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for their own use.
5. Data protection
We encrypt protected health information processed on the platform at rest, maintain an append-only audit log, and isolate each practice's data. See our security overview.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing [email protected].
7. Changes
We'll update this policy as needed. Substantive changes will be announced via a notice on this page and an updated date.
